Which generation? The generation that (after 2,500 years) witnessed the re-birth of the nation of Israel in 1948 and its capital, Jerusalem since 1967. Although Jesus said, “No-one knows the day nor the hour (of My return), but the Father only,” He did allow us to know the SEASON of His return as He proclaimed in the "Parable of the Fig Tree and All the Trees."

Satan (the devil) is alive and well on planet Earth. But his days are numbered, and he knows it. Even so, such is his intensely fuelled hatred towards God that he "prowls about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour." (1 Peter 5:8) His trickery and deception are such that in order to draw people away from the Truth in the Word of God, "he can transform himself into an angel of light." (2 Corinthians 11:14) If an angel of light, why not a messenger of light. (Thus, fooling the likes of Muhammad and Joseph Smith with new lying revelations)

I personally came to faith in Christ in November 1978 at the age of 22.  Fred, the storeman, a colleague at work witnessed to me and the Holy Spirit was at work convicting me of my sins. I didn't need to be told for I knew I was a vial sinner and sincerely wanted to start anew, to turn over a new leaf. I bought a KJV Bible and began reading from Genesis 1:1 and started attending Church but keeping to my introverted self. At his home after playing a game of chess Fred asked if he could pray for me so I bowed my head. As he prayed, thanking God for His many blessings, he suddenly asked if I would accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. I simply said, "Yes." But it didn't seem a big deal to me, as I had already resolved to, "turn over a new leaf."  Then at his home a couple of days later I was introduced to a friend of his. He asked, "Ian, where is Jesus right now?" I was about to say, "God is everywhere," but instead, like an instant flash of revelation within my spirit, I said, "Jesus is in me." 

"For the Holy Spirit Himself testifies and confirms together with our spirit [assuring us] that we [believers] are children of God." (Romans 8:16) 

Fred's wife heard my answer, and she was immediately overwhelmed with jubilance and great joy! Then at that precise moment it occurred to me that I really HAD been changed, GOD had CHANGED me. "Therefore if anyone is in Christ [that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior], he is a new creature [reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit]; the old things [the previous moral and spiritual condition] have passed away. Behold, new things have come [because spiritual awakening brings a new life]. (2 Corinthians 5:17) That night on my knees I tearfully confessed and repented of every sin I could think of and that same night I had two dreams (I know were from God) the details of which I have never forgotten. I gave up my love of chess so that I could spend more time studying the Bible. As a result, God gifted me with a deep love of His Word and ever since then, as I study the Bible, I soak it up like a sponge and even now I can get choked up, teary eyed and sometimes even laugh with joy because of the reverence I have for God's Word in the Holy Bible. I am always in awe of the boundless treasure I am constantly finding in the infallible and LIVING Word of God. My life since has had its ups and downs and I have endured trials, but His unfailing faithfulness and promise of, "I will never leave you, nor forsake you", (Hebrews 13:5) I have proven over and over again to be 100% true. Amen!

Islam attacks the Word of God (the Bible) saying that it is corrupted and therefore unreliable, and that the Quran is the final revelation and reliable Word of God. But there is a HUGE problem with that. It means that the Muslim considers God, whom they call Allah, is not capable of preserving Truth, His written Word, the Bible, from being corrupted. In other words, that He is fallible, that Satan can influence the content within the Bible and that God is unable to prevent it. That is in fact blasphemous precept! Because the Judeo/Christian God, the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the Creator of all things, who is Omniscient, Omnipresent and Omnipotent would NEVER need to start all over again with a new revelation, like the Quran. (Or even the Book of Mormon) For it would be impossible for any human or entity, including Satan to infiltrate, spoil or corrupt the Word of God, the Holy Bible. God would NEVER allow His Word to be corrupted! NOT EVER! Jesus said it best, "For I assure you and most solemnly say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke [of the pen] will pass from the Law (God's Word) until all things [which it foreshadows] are accomplished." (Matthew 5:18) And "Heaven and earth [as now known] will pass away, but My words will not pass away." (Matthew 24:35)
Therefore, Muhammad was a false prophet and a deceived messenger of Satan who is the "father of lies" (John 8:44) committed to deceiving and destroying.

 "But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to that which we [originally] preached to you, let him be condemned to destruction! As we have said before, so I now say again, if anyone is preaching to you a gospel different from that which you received [from us], let him be condemned to destruction!" (Galatians 1:8,9)

 We all have free will! There are some who argue that God is all controlling and no matter what happens it is His will. That is lie! For instance, it is NOT His will that we commit sin, yet we do, “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.”

Throughout our lives we have free will to make choices. Many or some may be God honouring, some, many or most are not. The problem with those who argue that there is no such thing as free will is that they OBJECT to God being Omniscient, Omnipotent and Omnipresent thereby excusing themselves from sinning to the extent of accusing God that He made them that way. "For everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed. But he who does the truth comes to the light, that his deeds may be clearly seen, that they have been done in God.”  John 3:20,21

  There is an easy solution: Israel should IGNORE international (including Biden Administration) pressure, TRUST that the LORD God is regathering His people into the land He has promised to give their forefathers as a forever inheritance, TAKE BACK Gaza, (The remnant of Hamas will flee into Egypt via their tunnels unless the IDF finds a way to trap them before they flee) EXPEL the Gazans (who have been supporters of Hamas) into Egypt or Jordan who BTW have no love for them and who DO NOT WANT their Arab Brethren in their midst. Then trust wholeheartedly in the peace and security of "the LORD the God of Israel and ALL who are IN Christ!" Then let the world gnash its teeth and let the fury of Satan (the dragon) blow smoke through his nostrils and let ALL the enemies of Israel led by Russia and Iran come upon Israel with the intent of annihilating the Nation of Israel. Then watch the LORD deal with them the way only HE can. Perhaps a great earthquake, or perhaps create great confusion and turn each of Israel’s enemies one upon another, or both. God will destroy them without one finger needing to be lifted by the IDF. Psalm 83: Ezekiel 37-39.

 Jesus died to save HIS people from THEIR sins, and ALL who come to Jesus He will by no means cast out. (Matthew 1:21; John 6:37) Jesus died for ALL whom God has called to repent and believe. Could that include you? “For MANY are called but FEW are chosen.” (Matthew 22:14) Note that “not ALL are called but MANY”. Yet many who are called will for whatever reason, fall away after a time, succumb to false doctrine (doctrines of demons that pervert the Word of God and the Gospel of Christ) or procrastinate until it is too late. (Matthew 13 and 22) The most revered verse in the Bible; "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16. Therefore Jesus died for every soul who ever lived, right? Well, trusting that He died for you and for me, granted, but for all souls? By rightly dividing all Scripture we get the full picture. Jesus died for all whom God has CALLED to faith and trust in Him from Adam to the End of the Age, to repent, believe and receive Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour. (That is why Jesus after His resurrection proclaimed the Kingdom of God to the souls in Sheol, Abraham’s bosom or Paradise, awaiting their Redeemer, before He appeared to His disciples after the third day, on the first day of the week.) However, not all whom God has called will be saved (or from God's perpective, chosen), only those whom He has called and have been born again with the seal of His Holy Spirit and ENDURE to the end will be the Bride of Christ. (Matthew 10:22)

God foreknows those who belong to Him. They are His sheep who hear His voice and follow Him. Sadly, there are some whose hearts are darkened and have no such desire to EVER love God and worship Him in spirit and in truth. For God looks on the heart and SEEKS those who are CAPABLE of love and adoration towards Him and can genuinely, with heartfelt thanks worship Him in spirit and in truth. (John 4:23,24) For the non-elect (non-chosen) it is in their darkened hearts to reject God and choose this life and what riches and pleasures the world can offer them rather than wanting to love and glorify the LORD God their Creator and to, “Walk in the light as He is in the light, having fellowship with one another, and being cleansed from all sin by the precious blood of the Son of God, the Lord Jesus Christ.” 1 John 1:7

Reading three more verses on from John 3:16 we read; "And this is the verdict: The Light has come into the world, but men loved the darkness rather than the Light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the Light, and does not come into the Light for fear that his deeds will be exposed. But whoever practices the truth comes into the Light, so that it may be seen clearly that what he has done has been accomplished in God.” John 3:19-21 Perhaps those who have been born again and yet have fallen away or have not endured to the end will, after departing this life, find out whether or not they will be saved through fire (1 Corinthians 3:15) before being presented at the Judgement Seat of Christ, or worse; finding themselves in the outer darkness, (Matthew 8:10-12) commiserating with their own thoughts until the second resurrection and only then being presented before the Great White Throne Judgement to give an account of their lives before God and only THEN to find out whether or not their names have been blotted out of the Lambs Book of Life. (Revelation 3:5) But how much worse for the wicked and unrepentant and unbelievers who may be awaiting judgement whilst being tormented in hellfire before learning of  their eternal destination, for they too will also give an account of their lives before God at the Great White Throne Judgement. (Revelation 20:11-15) Blessed are they who take part in the first resurrection, who will be attending the Marriage Banquet of the Lamb.

 So did Jesus die for all souls whoever lived? No, for there was no need. "He was wounded for OUR transgressions, He was bruised for OUR iniquities; The chastisement for OUR peace was upon Him, And by His stripes WE are healed." 

Isaiah 53:5 Jesus died for His REDEEMED!

There is only ONE GOD, ONE SAVIOUR, ONE true religion, ONE HOLY book, ONE GOSPEL, ONE WAY of Salvation. ALL other religious claims are LIES; deceptions, doctrines of Satan and demons that lead people to eternal HELL; along with all the immoral, irreligious, atheistic, hedonistic, naturalistic, unbelievers. It just happens to be THE TRUTH; that is the exclusive truth of Christianity. Even within the professing church any deviation from the true GOSPEL of GRACE and TRUTH, is a damning lie to be cursed.
